While potency conduits could previously drop from world bosses or inside dungeons, 200+ ilvl versions could not be found naturally past a certain point unlike finesse or endurance conduits. Patch 9.0.5, however, finally gives players an alternate way to get several different potency conduits for their characters depending on class and covenant. This new method only requires defeating Sire Denathrius and his Venthyr minions as many heroes normally do during the week.

Class Potency Conduits

Every class can get one potency conduit for each of their specs from a certain boss in Castle Nathria. The conduit ilvl will be 184, 200, 213, or 226 depending on raid difficulty. Note that the drop chance isn’t 100-percent, so players should still consider World of Warcraft dungeons where the conduits originally dropped up to ilvl 200.
