Thanks to the Trading Post feature coming to World of Warcraft, Blizzard has decided to finally throw Night Elf players a bone by creating an exclusive outfit inspired by the iconic Kaldorei Wardens. These elite jailers and marshals of Night Elf Watchers have been a staple of World of Warcraft’s visual identity ever since Maiev made her debut in Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne.

With Dragonflight, World of Warcraft players will finally be able to don the Warden armor through the Trading Post by spending their subscription coins for the exclusive set coming in Patch 10.0.5. In addition to the Warden outfit that will come in a Moon and Sun variation, Blizzard is also introducing matching tiger mounts to accompany the sets. Though this is a Night Elf set through-and-through, it can be assumed that players of any World of Warcraft race will be able to purchase and equip the Kaldorei Warden armor. The armor and mount were datamined by the team at Wowhead, and players can check it out on their site.

Over the past couple of days, the community has become privy to a plethora of upcoming Trading Post cosmetics such as World of Warcraft mounts, pets, and even standard fantasy cloaks. It’s becoming readily apparent that Blizzard Entertainment has big plans for the Trading Post system, and the developers are taking no time to populate its selection with exciting items for players to spend their coins on.

As the race for World First escalates in Dragonflight’s inaugural season, Patch 10.0.5 is poised to become the perfect bridge between the opening tier and the next Dragonflight Mythic season. By introducing the Trading Post, and allowing World of Warcraft players to transmog grey and white items, Blizzard has done more for player customization in a single patch than Shadowlands has done over the course of its entire expansion. It’s fair to say that many players are excited about Blizzard’s new direction for World of Warcraft, and with Patch 10.0.5 well on the way, they will be able to experience its next chapter very soon.
